richphl Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the richphl platform, including all games, betting markets, account features, and any related services made available through richphl.vu. By accessing or using any part of the platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

richphl reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. You are permitted to hold only one richphl account. If we detect that you have registered multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts may be closed and any balances or pending winnings associated with those accounts may be forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created without your knowledge, contact our support team immediately.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Identity Verification (KYC)

richphl applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to accounts. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a government-issued Philippine ID — to verify your age, identity, and address before withdrawals are processed or account limits are increased. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in your account being restricted.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your richphl username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.

richphl will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from richphl that asks for your password or full OTP code should be treated as fraudulent.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify our support team immediately. richphl is not liable for any losses that occur as a result of your failure to secure your account credentials.

All connections to richphl are secured with SSL/TLS encryption. Sensitive account actions — including login from new devices, withdrawals, and account changes — require OTP verification via your registered Philippine mobile number.

All deposits and withdrawals on richphl are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). richphl does not charge platform-level currency conversion fees — your balance is always held in PHP.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, as well as local bank transfers through Philippine online banking channels. richphl does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit or wagering methods.

Deposits are credited to your richphl wallet upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by payment method and may be affected by your bank or e-wallet provider's own processing schedule.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to complete KYC verification. richphl reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request.

Withdrawals that cannot be verified or that appear connected to fraudulent activity may be suspended pending investigation. richphl is not responsible for delays caused by the recipient bank or e-wallet provider.

• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.

• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other multi-player game.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that involve fraudulent funds.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any form of sports fraud in connection with betting markets.
